Visited Costa within the Tesco Store at Bury. Coffee as good as usual and service efficient and polite. Seating and cleanliness just fine. But the Chicken and Chorizo roll well below par. Very little chicken and chorizo had a synthetic taste. I left most of it. An unusual experience at Costa.

We visited tesco extra clannel Rd, Northampton on the 19/7 @ 12.20 where a young lady wearing a bandana served us. After placing order she asked if I has a reward card, I didn't so she swiftly swiped a personal card to claim the points. Over the period of a week this amounts to a substantial amount of points, which aren't for am employee to take, its theft.

Really enjoyed our trip to Costa, staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating of a large gathering of friends! Only reason for 4 stars is that it was a bit hard to navigate around as there were so many people in, and the tables were a bit sticky.

Sevenoaks train station costa is amazing, great staff especially the guy with the beard, I go their nearly everyday, always friendly and fast

Sorry for the 2 star rating, but I felt this morning it was justified, and make no mistake it is absolutely not the staff's fault, the girl behind the counter was so fast and efficient so very good at her job, Costa do not deserve her, now to my 2 problems, there was 5 people in front of me and 4 people behind me, there was another girl working cleaning tables, and bringing plates, cutlery, cups back behind the counter, but the girl behind the counter was trying to do everything and obviously had been doing so all morning as the seating area was quite full, so she was battling her way through the orders, the next thing I saw was people walked to the front of the queue with an app in their phone, apparently now you can pre order and collect, As if the girl hadn't enough to do, and also a couple of people didn't wait, I was thinking about it myself, anyway she called the girl cleaning to make a couple of coffees for a customer while she sorted out the collection, so if you want to set up pre ordering, set up adequate staff too, plus I asked the girl if the toast was fresh she said the bread was yesterdays, I was quite annoyed about that,always thought it was fresh daily, I waited over 20 minutes, most people couldn't wait that long, and the girl behind the counter was trying so hard, that's not fair, or safe especially with so many hot appliance's in a confined place.

No card payments. No hand sanatiser. And when offer one staff use from a food prep area it was disgusting and I said look at tht mo thank you then the guy said I will press for you . No sugar guy said forgot to order . The tables OMG was a a joke food on tables coffee stains chocolate all over had to ask them to clean it there was many like it . Felt like the staff just wanted to laugh and giggle between each other well all the girls . Really really poor service for a costa SHOULD BE ASHAMED PENZANCE OPPOSITE PETS AT HOME !!!

I have been into a costa branch for the last six weeks and ordered a frappe and the staff said they had none of them yet they advertise them outside of the shop and inside of the shop this is not good customer service want is going on

If you want a great cup of coffee, Costa Coffee is the place to go, prices are reasonable as well ??

The staff in there are very miserable and they don’t talk and whenever I go in they don’t seem to care about the customers, it’s as if they are just there for the money. Won’t be going back there

Advertising a tropical mango bubble frappe but not available in some main venues. Stamford for example. Why not? Most disappointing!

Went to the Costa marina quay Rhyl about 11.29 on wed 13/7 /2022 was served by jack there was three men serving jacks name on receipt ,just disappointed jack was on a headpiece taking orders from drive thru while getting your order together no customer service at all it was strange taking to you around taking orders pointing to chocolate powder do you want ,then cream on hot chocolate no presentation at all I said you didn’t do that with much care looked so bad most cream in drink ,can’t believe just didn’t care at all even after I commented ,if you can’t multiskill don’t !

Regarding Costa Wetherby, very friendly staff and very welcoming. My mother in law and Aunty got chosen for a free drink and snack, they were absolutely over the moon and asked if I would please leave a review for the staff as they were so friendly. Thank you.

Visited Costa ludlow this morning, staff great as usual.
Noticed the TV screen advertising "any medium coffee and a croissant £1.with photo of a coffee and a croissant.
At the till I was asked for £4.55. Shame on you costa it's dishonest and unfair to loyal coffee drinkers. The staff were embraced as they tried to explain the misleading advert to me.

Costa coffee shop at J32 Shopping Outlet is, by far, the best one we have been to. We are 'regulars' who visit 4 or 5 times a week. It's a spacious, clean environment and the staff are always friendly and welcoming despite their very busy schedule. Would highly recommend.

Tesco machine at Goodmayes petrol garage, never scans the app for the "coffee beans".
Isn't it time it was fixed - third time this has happened to me !
